Tracking: If shipping company tracking shows that a package is delivered at the address provided, the order will be consider delivered. Any discrepancy should be taken up with the shipping company. No refunds will be provided for missing packages if shipping company tracking shows a package has been delivered to the correct address.

All items are guaranteed to be what SoSouth.com has described. If an item does not meet the description a full refund will be provided.

CDs and other physical merchandise may be returned with-in 14 days of the original purchase for any reason if still in unused and in new condition. Customer will pay return shipping cost unless item was damaged in shipping return is some other fault of the SoSouth.com
